When a jam occurs, the control panel displays an error message and an animation that assists in clearing the
jam. Paper jams in the 3x550-sheet accessory can produce any of the following error codes:
● 15.A4.yz
● 15.A5.yz
● 15.A6.yz
● 15.A9.yz
● 15.37.yz
● 15.38.yz
● 15.48.yz
Follow these steps to clear the paper jam:
1. Open one of the trays.
2. Remove the jammed paper from the feed rollers
inside the printer. First pull the paper to the left,
and then pull it forward to remove it.
