Check the Hardware Integration Pocket (HIP) USB port
1. Remove the HIP cover
a. Make sure the USB port is visible in HIP.
b. If the USB port is not visible/available in the HIP.
2. Press the Power button to turn o the printer.
3. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
