1. Is thermal paper required for this printer?
When installing with the ribbon, ordinary A4 paper is available, no need to use thermal
paper. And the printout won’t fade, it can last permanently.
3. Is MT800 printer equipped with consumables?
MT800 printer is equipped with a ribbon which can print 48 sheets of ordinary A4
paper.
Tip: You need to buy A4 paper yourself.
4 . How many sheets can a ribbon print? Where can I buy the ribbon?
A ribbon can print 48 sheets of ordinary A4 paper. Please buy the ribbon from the
printer seller after the ribbon is consumed.
5.How about the warranty?
The warranty of the whole printer is one year (3 months for the printer head).
6. How to print on cellphone ?
Please scan the QR code on the outside box to download the App "Han Xiaoyin",
and install the app into your cellphone, then you can use the App to print documents
including Word, PDF, pictures,etc.

8. Does the printer have a battery?
MT800 printer is with a built-in li-ion battery that can print 70 pcs of A4 sheets after
fully charged.
2. Does it need an ink cartridge?
When printing on ordinary A4 paper, it uses the ribbon instead of ink cartridges.
