6. Setup
1. Make sure the device is switched off.
2. Unscrew the cap of the tank and fill it with the recommended haze fluid.
3. Screw the cap securely ensuring the pipe is fed down to the bottom of the bottle so a consistent
flow of fluid is supplied to the device.
4. Connect the remote control.
5. Connect the IEC mains plug and switch the device on with button [3].
6. Heat up time is usually between 3-4 minutes. Make sure no button on the control is pressed during
the heat up time. When the device is ready, LED light [C] on the controller lights up.
7. Press the button on the timer controller for 5 second so the fluid can flow through the heater block.
8. After this you may able to use the haze machine. It is recommended to produce haze with small
pauses in between so that the temperature is maintained and the thermostat does not switch off.
7. Operation
On the device
Press button [3] to start or stop the haze production.
With the controller
1. Make sure the fob button on the haze machine is switched off.
2. Press the TIMER ON/OFF button on the remote [F].
The LED above the button lights up.
3. You can now set
o the interval with button [I]
o the duration with button [A].
For best results, set the continuous mode [button E] and adjust output to achieve desired effect. It can
take around 30 seconds for the device to produce the correct output.
Notes
Use button [B] to set the fog output.
Press button [D] to manually override the timer settings.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance
To maintain optimum performance and minimize wear, the item should be cleaned frequently. Usage
and environment are contributing factors in determining frequency.
As a general rule, fixtures should be cleaned after use to avoid dust build-up and blockages, which
can result in poor performances, overheating and breakages.
It is recommended to clean the device every 40 hours of continuous operation.
Never operate the device without liquid.
Never operate the device with the tank open.
To clean the device:
1. Disconnect the device from the mains prior to maintenance activities. Let the device cool down.
2. Empty all fog liquid from the machine.
