Troubleshooting Guide

The Bluetooth connection could be occasionally
interrupted:
1. When plugging in the Type-C charging cable to
charge the headphones, the Bluetooth connection will
be automatically disconnected.
2. When plugging in the AUX cable as a wired
headphones, the Bluetooth connection will be
automatically disconnected.
3. The playback environment needs to be under a stable
network environment, and the headphones should not
be close to other wireless devices (Wireless Routers,
Microwave, etc).
4. The paired Bluetooth cannot be paired with the
headphones. Please disconnect the Bluetooth from
previous device and then reconnect.
How to Connect:
1. Directly connecting if the TV has Bluetooth function.
2. Use a Bluetooth transmitter with a 3.5mm adapter.
