To set up a POP3 or IMAP4 email account
If you have an email account from an ISP or other web-based accounts such as 
Comcast or Earthlink, add them as POP3 or IMAP4 accounts on your phone.
On the Select Account screen, tap 
Other.
Enter your email address.
After you enter the @ symbol, a menu will be 
displayed listing some of the most popular 
email providers. You can select your email 
provider if you see it in the menu.
Enter your password, and then tap 
Next.
If the email provider settings are found 
preconfigured on your phone, a message will 
be shown, informing that the setup process 
is complete and your email messages will be 
downloaded to your phone. Tap 
Finish.

If your email provider is not found on your phone, continue with these steps:
Enter settings such as the incoming and outgoing server names. Ask from 
your provider about these settings, enter them, and then tap 
Next.
Choose whether your email account is a POP3 or IMAP4 account and enter an 
account display name.
Tap 
Menu > Advanced Settings to customize more settings.
Tap 
Finish.
