Section 1 Getting Started

It allows you to recharge your battery before it is fully drained. The battery provides up to four hours of continuous data-transferring time.
Turning Your Router On or Off Power Save feature is automatically activated. In Power Save mode, your router searches for a signal periodically without your intervention. You can also initiate a search for Sprint service by pressing any key (When your router is turned on). Tip: The Power Save feature conserves your battery power Note: Before turn on the router, make sure the router has a charged or charging battery installed.

Any changes or modifications to the router not expressly approved in this guide could void your warranty for this router and void your authority to operate this router. 䢇 䢇 Environmental Requirements 䢇 䢇 䢇 䢇 䢇 Keep the router far from sources of heat and fire, such as a heater or a candle. Keep the router far from electronic appliances that generate strong magnetic or electric fields, such as a microwave oven or a refrigerator. Place the router on a stable surface.
䢇 The radio waves generated by the router may interfere with the operation of other electronic devices. Before using any electrical medical device, consult its manufacturer for the restrictions on the use of the router. Note: Always turn off the router in healthcare facilities, and request permission before using the router near medical equipment. 䢇 Do not take the router into operating rooms, intensive care units (ICUs), or coronary care units (CCUs).
For pluggable device, the socket-outlet shall be installed near the router and shall be easily accessible. Battery and Charger 䢇 䢇 䢇 The power supply must be a Limited Power Source in accordance with the requirements of IEC 60950-1/ EN 60950-1, Clause 2.5. It must be tested and approved to national or local standards. Use the AC power supply defined in the specifications of the charger. An improper power voltage may cause a fire or a malfunction of the charger.
䢇 䢇 䢇 䢇 䢇 20 Avoid dropping the router or battery. If the router or battery is dropped, especially on a hard surface, and the user suspects damage, take it to a qualified service center for inspection. Do not disassemble the battery or solder the battery poles. Otherwise, it may lead to electrolyte leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion. If battery electrolyte leaks out, ensure that the electrolyte does not touch your skin and eyes.
Traffic Security 䢇 䢇 䢇 䢇 Observe local laws and regulations while using the router. To prevent accidents, do not use the router while driving. Remember that safety always comes first. RF signals may affect electronic systems of motor vehicles. For more information, consult the vehicle manufacturer. In a motor vehicle, do not place the router over the air bag or in the air bag deployment area. Otherwise, the router may hurt you owing to the strong force when the air bag inflates.
Environmental Protection 䢇 䢇 Do not dispose of the router and the accessories in a garbage can. Dispose of the router according to the local regulations on disposing of packing materials, exhausted batteries and abandoned devices, and support the recycling activity. Specific Absorption Rates (SAR) This router meets guidelines for exposure to radio waves. This router is a low-power radio transmitter and receiver.
