Possible causes are as follows:
1. The Wi-Fi network is not connected to the Internet.
2. The digital subscriber line (DSL) connection failed.
3. A domain name service (DNS) problem occurred. In this case, web pages cannot be
opened, but you may still log in to QQ. Attempt to log in to QQ to verify the problem.
4. The websites that the Wi-Fi hotspot can access are restricted.
5. Your phone is faulty.

Signals from A Wireless Router Like Other Devices. What Can I Do?
1. Check that the wireless router's service set identifier (SSID) is not hidden.
