2. To exit safe mode:

a. When your phone is active, press and hold on the Power key.

b. On the phone option menu, touch Restart.

c. After restart, your phone enters normal mode.

4.15 I Cannot View Streaming Media. Why?

Some browsers, such as UC Browser (UCWEB), do not support streaming media.

If you want to view streaming media, open a browser that supports streaming media.

If you have set a browser that does not support streaming media as your default browser,

perform the following steps:

Step 1 Touch Settings > Apps > All > Manage apps.
