2.8.8 What can I do if my phone fails to access the Internet?
Touch Settings > Mobile networks > Access Point Names. Touch > Reset to default.
2.8.9 How do I turn on or turn off the mobile network?
Use either of the following methods:

Touch Settings > Mobile networks, and select Data enabled to turn on the mobile
network or clear it to turn off the mobile network.

Flick down from the status bar to open the notification panel.
In the shortcut switches, touch to turn on the mobile network. The icon changes to
when the mobile network is turned on.
