Set a Calendar Notication
Set the calendar notication t
ype according to your requirements. You can set status bar
notications, banner notications, and ringtone notications. After setting the default
reminder t
ime, your phone will send a notication at the specied time.
Go to Calendar >
> Settings.
• T
ouch Default reminder time or Reminder time for all-day events to set a reminder
time.
• Touch Notications and enable Allow notications. Then follow the onscreen instructions
to set a notication type.
Customize Calendar View Settings
You can customize calendar view settings, such as by specifying the start day of the week,
and whether to show week numbers.
1 Go to Calendar >
> Set
tings.
2 Select the start day of the w
eek, or enable the switch to show week numbers.
Set Alternate Calendars
You can switch to other calendars, such as the Chinese lunar calendar or the Islamic calendar.
Go to Calendar >
> Settings > Alternate calendars, and select a calendar you want to
use.
View Nat
ional/Regional Holidays
View national/regional holidays in the calendar to help plan your trip.
1 Go to Calendar >
> Settings > National/Regional holidays.
2 Turn on the switch of a country/region, and your phone will automatically download
holiday information for that country/region and display it in Calendar.

You can set alarms to play a sound or vibrate at specic times.
Set an Alarm
1 Go to Clock > Alarm and touch
to add an alarm.
2 Set the alarm sound, vibrat
ion pattern, repeat cycle, and other settings as needed.
