6.3 How do I check the mobile data connection status?

Flick down from the status bar to open the notification panel, and then check whether the data

switch is highlighted.

indicates that mobile data is enabled while indicates that mobile data is disabled.

You can touch Mobile data to enable or disable mobile data.

6.4 Can I use my tablet as a Wi-Fi hotspot?

Yes if your tablet supports mobile data.

To use your tablet's Wi-Fi hotspot function, turn on your tablet's mobile data. When other

devices access the Internet using your tablet's data connection, the data usage of your tablet

will be consumed. To use your tablet as a Wi-Fi hotspot:

1. On the home screen, touch Settings.

2. Under WIRELESS & NETWORKS, touch More > Tethering & portable hotspot >

Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.
