11.2 How do I check the software version of my tablet?

On the home screen, touch Settings > About tablet or About phone.

11.3 How do I enter and exit safe mode?

To enter safe mode, use either of the following methods based on your tablet:



When your tablet is powered off, press and hold the power button until the power-on

screen is displayed. Then press and hold the volume down button until Safe mode is

displayed.



Press and hold the power button, from the displayed option menu, touch and hold Power

off until Reboot to safe mode is displayed. Then touch OK.

To exit safe mode, restart your tablet.
