10.1 Why does it take a long time to obtain my Phone's

location information?



If you are locating your Phone using Wi-Fi, make sure the Wi-Fi connection is working

properly.



If you are locating your Phone using GPS, make sure you are in an open area, free from

obstructions, such as walls.

10.2 What can I do if my navigation application cannot

find location information?



If you are using the Phone indoors, bring it to the outdoors.



If you are using the Phone outdoors, make sure you are not in a built-up area because

high buildings block the satellite signals.
