11.9 Does my Phone support microSD card hot swapping?

Yes, but to prevent damage to the microSD card or data loss, avoid frequently inserting and

removing the microSD card.

11.10 Why does my Phone constantly crash?

If you install applications that have not passed the Google compatibility test on your Phone,

the system may be unstable or even crash.

It is recommended that you download applications only from the Play Store or Huawei App

Center.

If your Phone is experiencing frequent crashes, perform a hard restart by pressing and holding

the power button for about 20 seconds.
