12.1 How do I find a nearby service center?

service center.

12.2 How do I download the Phone's User Guide?

Visit http://consumer.huawei.com/en/ and search for Phone.

12.3 How do I install a SIM card and a microSD card to my

Phone?

1. Insert the end of the eject tool provided with your Phone into the holes next to the

micro-SIM and microSD or nano-SIM card trays to release them.

2. Gently remove the card trays.

3. Insert the micro-SIM and microSD or nano-SIM cards in the directions as indicated in

the following figure until they are properly installed in the card trays. Push the card trays

until they click into place.
