Merge Duplicate Contacts
1 On the Contacts scr
een, go to
> Set
tings > Organize contacts > Merge duplicate
contacts.
2 Select duplicate contacts you want to merge and touch Merge.
Search for Contacts
1 Open Contacts, go to
> Set
tings > Display preferences, and touch All contacts to
display all your contacts. Ensure that the corresponding icon at the bottom is enabled.
2 Search for contacts using either of the following methods:
• Swipe down from the middle of the home screen and enter a keyword for the contact
you want to nd in the search box (such as their name, initials, or email address).

ou can also enter multiple keywords, such as "John London", to quickly nd matching
contacts.
• On the top of the Contacts screen, enter keywords for the contact you want to nd in
the search box.
Share Contacts
1 On the Contacts screen:
• Touch and hold the contact you want to share, then touch Share contact.
• Touch the contact you want to share, then go to
> Shar
e contact.
2 Select a sharing method, then follow the onscreen instructions to share the contact.
Export Contacts
1 On the Contacts screen, go to
> Set
tings > Import/Export.
2 Touch Export to storage and follow the onscreen instructions to export contacts.
The contacts will be exported into .vcf les. You can search for and view these .v
cf les in
Files.
Delete Contacts
Delete contacts using either of the following methods:
• Touch and hold the contact you want to delete, then touch Delete.
• Touch the contact you want to delete, then go to
> Delete c
ontact.
• On the Contacts screen, go to
> Set
tings > Organize contacts > Delete multiple
contacts, select the contacts you want to delete, then touch
