New Device Wireless Charging, the New Choice for Easy Charging Wireless charging makes charging even simpler and easier than before. A device which supports wireless charging can be used with a wireless charger. The charger may either be used as a separate accessory or placed in a car, hotel, or in a piece of furniture. Charging your device is much easier now, and it frees up outlets without the hassle of dealing with incompatible charging ports and searching for outlets.
New Device The process of using your wireless charger is as follows: 1 Connect the charging cradle to the power supply. Use the charging head and cable that come with your device, and the wireless charging cradle that you purchased. 2 Place the cradle on the horizontal surface or on the specific area recommended by the manufacturer. 3 Place the device on the cradle with the screen facing upwards.

Contacts Share your business card: Open Contacts and touch to set your profile picture and enter your name, work address, telephone number, and other information. Then touch and your device will automatically generate your QR code business card. You can share your business card directly using the QR code. Alternatively, touch , select a sharing method, and follow the onscreen instructions to share.
Contacts l In the search bar at the top of the contacts list, enter the contact's name, initials, phone number, or email address. The search results will be displayed below the search bar. Enter multiple keywords for your search, such as "John London", to quickly find matching contacts. Managing Contacts Import and Export Contacts When you switch to a new device, you'll need to transfer your existing contacts.
Contacts Send a message to smart group contacts: From the groups list, from the Smart groups section, open a group and touch to send a message or to send an email. Photo recognition can automatically sort your photos into categories such as portraits, locations, scenery, and food in Gallery, so you can quickly find what you're looking for.
Gallery Open Gallery, select the photo you want to edit, then touch . Edit the photo in the following ways: l Rotate: Touch and drag the angle wheel to the desired orientation. You can also touch Rotate to rotate your photo 90 degrees or touch Mirror to flip it. l Crop: Touch and drag the grid or its corners to make your selection. Optimiser Use Optimise Have you noticed that your device has slowed down recently? Do you worry that it might be vulnerable to malware and other security threats? Use Optimise to make your device run smoother and protect it from security threats. Open Optimiser, and touch OPTIMISE. Your device will automatically optimise its overall performance, security, battery performance, and device management. You can also customise the optimisation options. The system will recommend that you use Optimise.
Optimiser l Display remaining battery percentage in the status bar: Enable Battery percentage to display the remaining battery percentage of your device in the status bar. l Darken interface colours to save power: Enable Darken interface colours to darken the colours of interfaces, including apps, to reduce power consumption. Huawei Share uses Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to transfer data. When Huawei Share is enabled, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both automatically enabled.

Sound and Display Configure Your Sound Settings When you are watching movies or playing games, your device will automatically switch to stereo sound to enhance your audio experience. You can also set ringtones and audio reminders for a variety of different scenarios. Adjust system volume: Press a volume button or move the slider to quickly adjust the media volume. Touch to display the sound settings screen. You can then adjust the volume of the ringtone, media, and alarm.
Sound and Display Adjust Eye comfort mode colour temperature: Once Eye comfort mode is enabled, blue light will be filtered out and the screen will take on a mild yellow tint. Storage Enable Memory Cleanup Your device may slow down over time as your storage space gets smaller. Use Memory cleanup to free up storage space, improve system performance, and keep your device running smoothly. Open Optimiser, then touch Cleanup to clean up memory and clear the cache to optimise performance. If your storage space is still low, perform a deep clean to free up additional storage space.
Smart Assistance Access Device Functions from Anywhere with Navigation Dock In order to close an app or return to the home screen, you must use the navigation bar at the bottom of your device.
