If the jump rope data is 0, the watch will display a message indicating that the data
will not be recorded when you end the workout. You will need to conrm before
exiting the workout.
Swimming
Freestyle mode
1 Press the Home button when on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list
and go to Workout > Swim > Freestyle to enter the Freestyle screen.
2 Touch
and wait three seconds to start recording the swimming duration and calories
burned. During this period, you will not be able to perform any operations on the watch's
screen.
3 Press the Home button to pause or start swimming. Press and hold the Home button for
three seconds to stop swimming. Your watch will then automatically vibrate to drain water
and generate swimming data.
Standard mode
1 Press the Home button when on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list
and go to Workout > Swim > Standard to enter the Standard screen.
2 Touch the Settings icon next to Standard to set parameters such as Goal, Pool length,
and Auto-split.
3 Return to the Swim screen, go to Standard >
, and wait three seconds. The watch will
then start recording the values of Duration, Calories, Laps, and Distance. During this
period, you will not be able to perform any operations on the watch's screen.
4 Press the Home button to pause or start swimming. Press and hold the Home button for
three seconds to stop swimming. Your watch will then automatically vibrate to drain water
and generate swimming data.
Sit-ups
1 Press the Home button when on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list
and go to Workout > Sit-ups to enter the Sit-ups screen.
2 View the sit-up guidance or touch Skip intro to enter the One-minute sit-ups screen.
3 Touch
and wait three seconds. The watch will then start recording the sit-up duration
and the number of sit-ups.
4 Press and hold to stop or wait for the workout to automatically stop after one minute.
The number of sit-ups will then be displayed on the watch's screen.
