• After setting the tones, swipe right on the screen to return to the previous screen for
the setting to take eect.
• By default, the kids watch comes with 10 ringtones, 5 notication tones, and 5 alarm
tones. Only built-in songs can be selected as tones for the watch.
• Media volume refers to the volume of notications (such as update notications, chat
notications, weather notications, and system notications), chat voice, Baidu voice
assistant (Xiaodu), photo taking, shaking to add friends, and music. Ringtone volume
refers to the volume of incoming call ringtones and touchscreen alert sound. Alarm
volume refers to the volume of alarm tones.
• To adjust the video call volume on the kids watch, touch the Volume icon on the video
call screen. To adjust the touchscreen alert sound, adjust the ringtone volume. When
the ringtone volume is set to the lowest, the touchscreen alert sound will be disabled
and incoming call notications will be changed to vibration mode on the watch.
• The kids watch only supports switching between vibration and ringtone modes. When
the ringtone volume is set to the lowest, the watch will only vibrate for incoming calls,
messages, and system notications. When the ringtone volume is not set to the lowest,
the watch will ring instead.
• Muting alert sound or enabling vibration for incoming calls or messages on the watch
is not supported.
Setting the light
1 Press the Home button when on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list
and then go to Settings > Light to enter the Light screen.
2 Touch Light and set the light for Incoming call, Alarm, Find watch, or Night.
You can go to Light > Night, set Color to Advanced settings or Monochrome, touch the
Color icon, swipe the color circle to select a color, and touch Save.

Press the Home button when on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list and
then go to Settings > Advanced settings > Lock screen PIN to set or change the lock screen
PIN.
Forgot the lock screen PIN
The lock screen PIN cannot be viewed or changed using the HUAWEI FamCare app. If the PIN
has been forgotten, try the following methods:
