When the kids watch is connected to a charger, the battery level is higher than 10%, and
the Wi-Fi network is available, the photos in Gallery on the watch will be automatically
uploaded to Cloud Gallery.
You will need to enter the password to access advanced settings. After the kids watch is
linked for the rst time, a four-digit password will be randomly generated. You can view
and change it by going to > Settings > Password protected advanced settings in
the HUAWEI FamCare app.
Viewing information about the kids watch
Viewing from the watch:
Press the Home button when on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list and
then go to Settings > About watch to view information about the model, device name,
serial number (SN), international mobile equipment identity (IMEI), version number, and
MAC address of the kids watch.
Viewing from the packing box:
View information about the model, device name, SN, and IMEI of the kids watch on the
packing box.
Updating
Updating the version on the watch:
• When the kids watch detects a new version, it will display a notication. Swipe up on the
watch face to enter the notication screen, touch the notication to enter the system
update screen, and download and install the new version.
• Press the Home button when on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list, go
to Settings > Update. If a new version is detected, touch Download. After the download is
complete, touch Install to install the new version.
Updating the version in the HUAWEI FamCare app:
Open the HUAWEI FamCare app, touch in the upper left corner of the home screen, and
then go to Watch updates > Check for updates. If a new version is detected, touch Update,
follow the onscreen instructions to select an update mode, and touch OK.
