Making phone calls
Making calls from the kids watch
Method 1: Swipe on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the Phone screen and select
the contact you want to call. Alternatively, open Call logs, select the contact or number you
want to call, and touch Call.
Method 2: Swipe on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the Phone screen, touch
Keypad, dial a number, and touch the Call icon in the lower left corner to make a call.
• Touch and hold 7, 9, or 0 on the keypad to enter the corresponding symbol.
• The kids watch supports calling the numbers of family members, quick numbers, group
numbers, and xed-line phone numbers. When calling a xed-line phone number, the
country/region code needs to be added.
• To call a number outside the Chinese mainland, you will need to enable the
international toll call service and add a country/region code before the number when
adding the contact. (The code for the Chinese mainland is +86.)
Making calls to the kids watch
Method 1: (Admin) Open the HUAWEI FamCare app and touch Call at the lower part of the
home screen to call the kids watch.
Method 2: Dial the phone number of the kids watch on your phone.
• Using the HUAWEI FamCare app to call the kids watch requires the use of your phone's
SIM card.
• After Block strangers is enabled in the HUAWEI FamCare app, only contacts saved in
Contacts on the kids watch can make calls to the watch.
Viewing and clearing call logs on the kids watch
• To view call logs on the kids watch, swipe on the home screen and go to Phone > Call logs.
• To clear all call logs from the kids watch, touch and hold a call record in the call log list
and touch Clear.
Making video calls
Before using this feature, update the kids watch to the latest version.
Making a video call from the kids watch
1 Swipe on the home screen of the kids watch and touch Phone.
2 Select a contact with the icon and touch Video call to make a video call.
