Receiving a video call on the kids watch
1 (Admin) Open the HUAWEI FamCare app and touch the Video call icon at the bottom of
the home screen to make a video call to the kids watch.
2 Touch to answer the call on the kids watch.

Making a call from a Vision to the kids watch
1 Log in to a Vision using an admin account linked with the kids watch and open the
MeeTime app on the Vision.
2 On the Keypad screen, enter the phone number of the kids watch or touch Contacts to
nd the phone number of the kids watch, and then touch to access the device
selection screen.
3 Use the remote control to select the watch icon and press OK to make a call to the kids
watch.
Making a call from the kids watch to a Vision
1 Swipe on the home screen of the kids watch, go to Phone > Call logs to select the contact
or number you want to call, and then touch for call or Call.
2 Use the remote control to answer the call on the Vision.
• Both the kids watch and the Vision need to connect to a network and the watch needs
to be linked to the HUAWEI FamCare app.
• The Vision must run or later.
Making one-press emergency calls
The child can press and hold the FUN button on the kids watch for ve seconds with the
watch powered on when in an emergency. The watch will then vibrate and make an
emergency call. When the call is being made, the watch will automatically take three photos
of the surrounding environment and send them to the family group chat.
The watch will then call admins in order of priority. This order can be congured by opening
the HUAWEI FamCare app and going to > Admin. The call will be made repeatedly three
times until it is answered.
