3.3 To the extent that in the course of the repair it was necessary to replace the BIG BANG e – in
whole or in part – then this replacement shall be free of charge.
3.4 You will receive a written notice regarding repair or replacement that has been done with respect
to your product.
3.5 Repairing a malfunction in the BIG BANG
e shall bring it back to its condition as it was prior to
the occurrence of the malfunction and if such repair involves the replacement of any components,
such components will be replaced with new and original components.
3.6 Repair will be performed within ten (10) days from the day on which the BIG BANG
e was
delivered to a HUBLOT Customer Service Center or within 2 weeks from the date on which the
product was delivered to HUBLOT authorized retailer. Saturdays and holidays will not be counted
as part of the periods detailed herein.

5. The International Limited Guarantee is provided in HUBLOT Customer Service Center, which
details can be found on http://hublot.com.
6. ADDITIONAL LIMITED GUARANTEE - After the end of the first year of guarantee, the Israeli
Specific Terms other than Section 3 remain applicable to your HUBLOT BIG BANG
e (excluding
the accessories) for one additional year. For the avoidance of doubt, the duly electronically
activated (or duly signed, if no electronic activation system is available) International Guarantee
Card will still have to be enclosed with your HUBLOT BIG BANG
e when it is sent for repair.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable to Italy “Garanzia legale del venditore”
This international limited guarantee is in addition to the statutory guarantee which may not be excluded,
pursuant to articles 128ff of the Italian Consumer Code.
In the case of a lack of conformity, you shall be entitled to have the HUBLOT goods brought into
conformity free of charge by repair or replacement or to have an appropriate reduction made in the
price or the contract rescinded with regard to those goods, in accordance with what provided under
Art. 130 of the Italian Consumer Code.
At your discretion, you may request HUBLOT to repair or replace the HUBLOT goods, free of charge in
either case, unless the remedy requested is impossible or disproportionate.
One of the remedies shall be considered disproportionate if it imposes costs on HUBLOT which, in
comparison with the other remedy, are unreasonable, taking into account:
The value the HUBLOT goods would have if there were no lack of conformity;
The significance of the lack of conformity, and whether the alternative remedy could be completed
without significant inconvenience to you.
The repairs or replacements shall be completed within a reasonable time and without any significant
inconvenience to you, taking account of the nature of the HUBLOT goods and the purpose for which
you required the HUBLOT goods.
The costs above mentioned refer to costs that are essential to make the HUBLOT goods conform, in
particular with reference to the costs incurred for delivery, labour and materials.
At your discretion, you may require an appropriate reduction of the price or have the contract rescinded
in one of the following situations:
Repair or replacement are impossible or disproportionate;
If HUBLOT has not completed the remedy within a reasonable time or replaced the HUBLOT goods
within the appropriate time;
The replacement or repair carried out previously caused significant inconvenience to you.
When determining the amount of the reduction or the sum to be refunded the use of the HUBLOT
goods is taken into account.
After reporting the lack of conformity, HUBLOT may offer you any other available remedy, with the
following effects:
If you have already requested a specific remedy HUBLOT is obliged to implement it, with the necessary
consequences in relation to the running of the reasonable time, unless you accept an alternative remedy;
If you have not already requested a specific remedy, you shall accept the offer or reject it by choosing
another remedy pursuant to what above.
If the non-conformity is of only minor importance, for which it is impossible or disproportionate to
complete the remedies of repair or replacement, you are not entitled to rescind the contract.
HUBLOT shall be held liable where the lack of conformity becomes apparent within two years as from
delivery of the HUBLOT goods.
You lose your consumer’s rights if you do not inform HUBLOT Customer Service of the lack of
conformity by no later than two months after the date on which you discovered it. This notification
shall not be required if HUBLOT has acknowledged the existence of the lack of conformity, or has
concealed it.
Except where proven otherwise, it shall be assumed that the defects arising by six months after the
delivery of the HUBLOT goods already existed on that date, unless this presumption is incompatible
with the nature of the HUBLOT goods or the nature of the lack of conformity.
