Credits: Will be issued for authorized returns of resaleable merchandise.
Restocking Charge: 25% applied to all authorized returns.
HUDSON MEDICAL ONE YEAR WARRANTY
Your Hudson Hydro-Float® flotaon therapy pad has been carefully inspected and
tested before leaving our factory and is warranted against defects in material or
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. Should
there be a defect in workmanship or material within the warranty period, Hudson
Medical will repair or replace your Hydro-Float® pad without charge except for
cost of mailing, handling and packaging. Simple call 800-343-8112 for a return
authorizaon number and any addional informaon regarding the warranty. For
the warranty to apply, proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales slip,
must be provided, otherwise manufacturing date on the product will be used to
determine the warranty period. Also provide a descripon of the suspected defect.
The foregoing obligaon is Hudson Medical's sole liability under this or any
implied warranty and excludes any liability for consequenal damages. Hudson
Medical assumes no obligaon for repair of any product damage caused by abuse,
misuse, damage from external source or repair aempts by others unless autho-
rized by Hudson Medical.
No other warranty is expressed or implied.
REPAIR AND REFURBISH SERVICE
Aer the warranty has expires, the Hudson Hydro-Float® flotaon pad and
flotaon bed pads may be returned for repair and refurbish which includes repair-
ing and fluid replacement for a cost of $45.00. Unless the pad being returned for
repair and/or refurnishing is in a sanitary condion, it will be returned and
charged without service. Transportaon in both direcons is the responsibility of
the owner. Allow 7 to 10 days for repair and refurbishmnet.
