MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
1. Remove the loose parts from inside
the tank. Parts will include the following:
Wand
Pump handle
Nozzles/clips (under tank lid)
Agitator (inside the tank)
Lynch pin
Cap
2. Attach agitator while pump is in the
tank. Unscrew and remove the lid and
lter, put hand into the tank and attach
agitator to the pump by sliding it onto
the hex shaped area. Rotate to lock it in
place. When installed it should be parallel
to the hose outlet (see images below for
placement).
Note: The agitator is optional for use and isn’t
mandatory for the unit to work properly.
3. Place the strainer back into the tank
opening and screw the lid on.
To ensure a good seal, turn lid counterclockwise until
it lines up with the threads. Then turn clockwise to
tighten down.
4. Place the pump handle on the lever
shaft located at the bottom of the tank
and secure it with the lynch pin.
5. Assemble the spray wand into the
shut-o󰀨 and tighten manually.
After use, the sprayer should be properly cleaned and stored away from direct sunlight to prevent UV damage.
After removing the piston lubricate the piston with a petroleum jelly before next use.
Before storing for the winter, be sure that most of the liquid is completely drained from the tank, lines and air chamber.
Leave ow control locked on.
Regularly inspect hose, wand, pump, tank and ow control for wear, damage or leaks.
Avoid excessive wear by regular lubrication and a prompt and thorough cleaning after each use.
