Parental Control
The parental control feature sets a password for access to specific channels or playlists.
Locked channels and playlists are visible when browsing lists, and display a lock icon next to
the name.
When you attempt to access a locked channel or playlist, you will be prompted to enter your
password before you can proceed. (Figure 1)
Enabling or Disabling Locks
Press the Setup button. For the wearable player, press the Menu button Select
Device Management.
Select Parental Controls
Locks Enabled or Locks Disabled. (Figure 2)
(a) If the locks are enabled, you will be prompted to enter your password. Use the
Media Dial, or the Fast-Forward and Rewind buttons on the wearable player to
enter each digit of the password. (Figure 3)
(b) If you are enabling locks for the first time, you will be prompted to create a password.
Use the
Media Dial, or the Fast-Forward and Rewind buttons on the wearable
player, to enter each digit of the password and press the Select button. (Figure 3)
You will be then be prompted to confirm the password you just entered. (Figure 4)
When you have entered the password, the locks will be enabled or disabled according
to your choice.

Locking and Unlocking Channels and Playlists
Press the Setup button. For the wearable player, press the Menu button Select
Device Management.
Select Parental Controls
Set Locks. (Figure 5)
If the locks are enabled, you will be prompted to enter your password. Use the
Media
Dial, or the
Fast-Forward and Rewind buttons on the wearable player to enter
each digit of the password. (Figure 3)
Select either Lock Channels or Lock Playlists
Select a channel or playlist to lock/un-
lock. (Figures 6—8) If you are locking a channel or playlist, a
lock icon will be displayed
beside the locked channel or playlist. The
lock icon is removed if you have unlocked a
channel or playlist.
You may continue locking or unlocking channels and playlists until you have finished.
