WARRANTY RETURN: To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this Warranty,

please return product to an authorized retailer or call Customer Service at 1-888-869-5590;

proof of purchase and description of defect are required. Products to be returned to an ap-

proved warranty station must be shipped freight prepaid.
