Turn on/off NMEA 0183 Output

MEA Output should be turned on if you connect the NMEA Output wires of an accessory GPS receiver (external) or heading sensor
cable to another NMEA-compatible device, such as an autopilot. See the accessory guide for details. Accessory guides can be
downloaded from our Web site at humminbird.com.
1. Main Menu (Advanced User Mode): Press the MENU key twice. Select the Setup tab.
2. Select NMEA 0183 Output.
3. Select On or Off.
If NMEA 0183 Output is turned on, the following sentences are output:
Configure the NMEA Talker ID
Use the following instructions to change the NMEA 0183 Talker ID to match the NMEA 0183 installed accessory.
1. Main Menu (Advanced User Mode): Press the MENU key twice. Select the Setup tab.
2. Select Configure NMEA Talker ID.
3. Select IN-Integrated Navigation (Default) or GP-Global Positioning System.
