Please keep your sale receipt as this will be required for any claims under this Warranty.
For the purpose of this Warranty, HUROM Warranties the motor of Hurom Slow Juicer (“Product”) for a period of ten (10)
years and the other partsof the Product for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase only by the original
purchaser (“Purchaser”) when used as specified in product documentation such as the user manual and any other included
materials describing the use and operation of the Products (“Documentation”). This Warranty is only valid for the Product
purchased and used only in the USA by the Purchaser and shall not extend to any Products not purchased in the USA.
During this Warranty period, if in the unlikely event the Product no longer functions due to a design or manufacturing fault,
Hurom will undertake within the Warranty period to repair or replace the Product or faulty part(s).
This Warranty does not cover faults or damages resulting from normal or excessive wear and tear, acts of god, misuse or
negligence in operation or care, commercial use, alteration of the Products, improper or faulty repair of the Products, non-
HUROM parts, or connection to electric or other current/voltage other than that marked in the instruction manual.
The rights under this Warranty shall not extend to the Products where the model number or serial number has been
removed, replaced, altered or rendered illegible, or Products not purchased from an authorized HUROM retailer.

HUROM, OR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFLIATES, AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS AND RETAILERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH REGARD TO ANY RELATED MATERIALS. PURCHASER MAY HAVE OTHER
RIGHTS DEPENDING ON THE JURISDICTION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HUROM, OR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS AND RETAILERS BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT
DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE
THIS PRODUCT. IN ANY CASE, HUROM’S, OR SUBSIDIARIES’, AFFILIATES’, AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS’ AND RETAILERS’
ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID
BY PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF
LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO PURCHASER.
