Assembly 1 Attaching the side handle 2 Attaching the power strip brackets □ Attach the power strip brackets (H) to the cabinet for both sides using two bolts (AA) each. □ Tighten all bolts using a screwdriver. Do not over tighten the bolts to avoid damage to the finish. □ Attach the side handle (B) to the cabinet using four bolts (EE). □ Tighten all bolts with the 10 mm wrench (GG). Do not over tighten the bolts to avoid damage to the finish.
Operation 1 2 Removing the drawers Locking and unlocking the unit □ Fully extend and empty the drawer. □ On the slide, lift up the plastic release lever on one slide and push down the plastic release lever on the other slide. Gently pull the drawer out so the slides can ride over the stops. IMPORTANT : The drawers must be fully closed before locking / unlocking the unit. □ To lock the unit, insert the key (I) into the lock (J) and turn it one quarter turn counterclockwise. Then remove the key.
Maintenance 2 1 Maintaining the casters □ Grease the casters annually using high quality bearing grease. Maintaining the drawers □ Periodically clean the drawer trim and inside the drawers with a mild detergent and water. □ Remove grease and oil with a standard, nonflammable cleaning fluid. □ The use of drawer liners is recommended to protect the finish inside the drawers and make the drawers easier to clean. Drawer liners can be purchased at The Home Depot.

Operation 1 Locking and unlocking the unit 2 Opening the top chest lid □ Open the top chest lid to 90 degrees first. □ Push it into the top chest’s inside-bottom. IMPORTANT : The drawers must be fully closed before locking / unlocking the unit. IMPORTANT : The lid must be fully closed before moving the unit. □ To lock the unit, insert the key (I) into the lock (J) and turn it one quarter turn counterclockwise. Then remove the key.
Care and Cleaning □ This steel product has been coated with industrial powder coating for a durable finish. □ To help protect the powder coated finish, do not allow harsh chemicals (oil, grease, or other chemical) to remain on the powder coating surface. □ Use a glass cleaner (Windex R or equivalent product) to clean and maintain all surfaces of powder coating.

Assembly 5 The door can be reversed to left and right □ □ □ □ □ □ Remove the door of the side locker (W) by removing the bolts inside the hinge of the side locker. Remove the magnets on the top and botton of the side locker (W) by removing the bolts. Re-install the magnets on the other side of the side locker with the bolts. Flip the door and reorient to the other side. Re-install the door with the bolts along the hinge located on the side of the side locker. Tighten all bolts using a screwdriver.

NOTE: If assembling the Side Locker (W) to left side of the workbench, then remove all parts on the left side of cabinets. If assembling the Side Locker (W) to right side of the workbench, then remove all parts on the right side of cabinets.
