Assembly

NOTE: The holes in the cabinet are tapped and do

not require nuts.

CAUTION: Two people are recommended for assembly.

1 Attaching the cabinet handle

• Attach the Cabinet Side Handle (C) into the pre-drilled holes

located on the side of the Cabinet (B) using four Handle

Bolts (AA) with a Phillips screwdriver.

• The cabinet side handle can be mounted to either side of

the cabinet, but it is suggested to mount the handle to the

same side that the swivel casters will be mounted.

• Insert the four Plastic Plugs (DD) into the unused holes on

the other side of the cabinet.

2 Attaching the casters

• Ensure all cabinet drawers are securely locked into place

using the key.

• Lay the cabinet on its back. Use the packaging material

to protect the nish and the oor.

• Mount the two Swivel Casters (D) into the holes located

on the bottom of the cabinet using four Caster Bolts

(BB) and four Washers (CC) per caster with a wrench. Be

sure to mount the swivel casters on the same side as the

cabinet side handle.

• Mount the two Fixed Casters (E) into the holes located

on the bottom of the cabinet using four Caster Bolts (BB)

and four Washers (CC) per caster with a wrench.

• Tighten bolts and return unit to the upright position. Do

not overtighten the bolts.

3 Placing the chest

• Place the Chest (A) on the top of the cabinet (B).
