Recommended cutting equipment
Chainsaw models Husqvarna 120, 125 have been
evaluated for safety according to EN ISO 11681-1:2011
(Machinery for forestry - Portable chainsaw safety
requirements and testing) and fulfill the safety
requirements when equipped with the below listed guide
bar and saw chain combinations.
Low kickback saw chain
A saw chain that is designated as Low kickback saw
chain, meets the low kickback requirement specified in
ANSI B175.1-2012.
Kickback and guide bar nose radius
For sprocket nose bars the nose radius is specified by
the number of teeth, such as 10T. For solid guide bars
the nose radius is specified by the dimension of the
nose radius. For a given guide bar length, you can use a
guide bar with smaller nose radius than given.
Note: The usable cutting length is usually 1 in less than
the nominal guide bar length.
