8. Replace crankcase gasket and reinstal

steps 1thru 6 in reverse.

9. Use steps lthru 5 in this section.

10. Remove cylinder and piston as outlined in

cylinder and piston removal section.

11. Connecting rod bottom bearing protrudes out far-

ther on one side. This side upon installation goes

toward reed valve side.

11.5 Thread clutch retaining nut on crankshaft until it

is flush with the top of crankshaft as shown. ~r
