Check that the guide wire’s connector
is tightly connected to the charging sta-

Break in the guide wire. Find out where the break is. Replace
the damaged section of the guide wire
with a new loop wire and splice using
an original coupler.
The guide wire is not connected to the
boundary loop.
Check that the guide wire is connected
correctly to the boundary loop. Refer to

Guide calibration
failed
The product has failed to calibrate the
guide wire.
Check that the guide wires are installed
according to the instructions. Refer to

The next time the product moves out
from the charging station, a new guide
calibration is done.

The product has succeeded to calibrate
the guide wire.

GPS navigation
problem
Problem with the GPS assisted naviga-
tion equipment.

Weak GPS signal
The sky is blocked in large parts of the
work area.
If possible, remove objects that can
cause a blockage of the GPS signal.
Disable the GPS navigation function
and use the lawn coverage function.

Difficult finding
home
The product has been following the
boundary wire several laps without find-
ing the charging station.
The installation has not been done cor-
