CHOKE CONTROL - Used when starting a cold engine.
DEPTH STAKE - Controls forward speed and the depth
at which the tiller will dig.
FORWARD TINE CONTROL - Engages tines in forward
direction.
REVERSE TINE CONTROL - Engages tines in reverse
RECOIL STARTER HANDLE - Used to start the engine.
