•Forvehicleswithcargobeds,removeallcargobeforeraisingthebedorservicingthevehicle.Ifthe
vehicleisequippedwithaproprod,ensurethatitissecurelyengaged.Donotclosebeduntilall
personsareclearofcargobedarea.Keephandsclearofallcrushareas.Donotdropcargobed;
lowergentlyandkeepentirebodyclear.Failuretoheedthiswarningcouldresultinseverepersonal
injuryordeath.
Thebedlatch(Figure12)hasanautomaticallyengagingproprodandproprodtrack(Figure13)asstandardfeatures.
Toliftthebed,pullthebedlatchhandletowardtherearofthevehicleandliftthebed.Theproprodwillcometorestin
oneofthenotchesintheproprodtrack.T oclosethebed,liftthebedsothattheproprodisnolongersupportedinone
ofthetracknotches.Pushtheproprodtowardthefrontofthevehicletofreeitfromthetracknotchandgentlylower
thebed.DONOTdropthebed.SeeprecedingDANGER,WARNING,andfollowingNOTE.
NOTE:Thevehicleisequippedwithanautomaticallyengagingproprod(Figure13),unlessequippedwiththe
electricbedliftaccessory.

Thevehiclearrivesfromthefactorywiththefrontcoil-overshockspre-adjustedforoptimumvehicleperformance.We
donotrecommendadjustingtheshockabsorbersunlessthevehiclewillbeequippedwithacabenclosure.Inthat
event,pleaserefertothecabinstallationinstructionsfortheshockabsorberadjustmentprocedure.
