timeofsaleofthisvehicle(eachan“AdditionalWarrantyDocument”)isdeemedtoconictwiththelimitations
orexclusionscontainedherein,thelimitationsandexclusionscontainedhereinshallcontinuetoapplywith
respecttoboththislimitedwarrantystatementand,tothemaximumextentpermittedbylaw,toeachAdditional
WarrantyDocument.

OFUSE,LOSSOFTIME,INCONVENIENCE,ORANYOTHERECONOMICLOSS.
Somestatesallowneitherlimitationonthedurationofanimpliedwarrantynorexclusionsorlimitationofincidental
orconsequentialdamages.Therefore,theabovelimitationsorexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrights,whichvaryfromstatetostate.

CALIFORNIAEMISSIONCONTROLWARRANTYSTATEMENT
YOURWARRANTYRIGHTSANDOBLIGATIONS:
TheCaliforniaAirResourcesBoard(“CARB”)andHusqvarna(“HUSQVARNA”)arepleasedtoexplaintheemission
controlsystemwarrantyonyour2009vehicleengine(the“emissionwarranty”).InCalifornia,newsmalloff-road
engines(“SORE”)mustbedesigned,builtandequippedtomeettheState’sstringentanti-smogstandards.
HUSQVARNAshallwarranttheemissioncontrolsystemonthevehicleenginefortheperiodsoftimelistedbelow
providedtherehasbeennoabuse,neglectorimpropermaintenanceofyoursmalloff-roadengine.
Youremissioncontrolsystemmayincludepartssuchasthecarburetororfuel-injectionsystem,theignitionsystem,the
catalyticconverterandrelatedhoses,belts,connectorsandotheremissionassembliesorcomponents.
Whereawarrantableconditionexists,asdenedherein,HUSQVARNAwillrepairyourvehicleengineatnocostto
youincludingdiagnosis,partsandlabor.
MANUFACTURER’SWARRANTYCOVERAGE:
Thisemissioncontrolsystemiswarrantedfortwoyearsfromthevehicles’dateofpurchase.Ifanyemission-related
partonyourHUSQVARNASOREisdefective,thepartwillberepairedorreplacedbyHUSQVARNA.
