2.7 Operating noise warning
This product should be checked for necessary repair or replacement parts if the motorcycle noise has
increased significantly through use. Otherwise, the owner may become subject to penalties under the
applicable ordinances.
2.8 Noise emission warranty
Husqvarna Motorcycles North America, Inc. guarantees that this exhaust system satisfies all U.S. EPA Federal
noise emission standards applicable at the time of sale.
This warranty extends to the first person who buys this exhaust system for purposes other than resale, and to
all subsequent buyers.

2.9 Reporting safety defects
If you believe that your vehicle has a defect which could cause an accident resulting in injury or death, you
should immediately inform the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in addition to notifying
Husqvarna Motorcycles North America, Inc.
