All seams and joints without gaskets must be sealed with high heat resistant silicone sealant or UL listed aluminum adhesive tape having a minimum temperature rating of 160° F. If you are using Hydro Smart pre-built panels the pressure relief valve will be on the primary(boiler) loop of the Master Panel and an additional pressure relief valve may not be needed, check local codes.

Immediately call a licensed professional to inspect the micro-boiler to replace any damaged parts. Do not reverse the hot outlet and cold inlet connections to the microboiler. This panel would be a great choice when you have multiple zones with low temperature emitters (100° F - 130° F) and would like to maintain constant pressure on each zone. A pump panel system can handle up to 1800 sqft per zone and 3600 sqft for the total system.
