Phenomena Solution
The PWR LED does not light up. Check the power supply.
The ALM LED on the PSU glows
red.
Disconnect the power and replace the PSU.
The ALM LED on the CHU glows
red.
Replace the CHU.
The ALM LED on the BSCU
glows red.
Replace the BSCU.
