8.12.3 Sending Position Messages
After receiving the valid GPS data, you can send a message containing the position information to a contact. Do as
follows:
1.
On the home screen, press the Menu key, and then go to Accessory > Positioning > Info.
2.
Press the Menu key, and then select Send Pos Msg.
3.
Press the Menu key, and then select Send or Send Flash.
4.
Select a contact, and then press the OK key.
8.12.4 Setting the Positioning Feature
On the home screen, press the Menu key, go to Accessory > Positioning > Settings, and then perform the following
operations:

Select System, and then select required positioning
systems. GPS, GPS+GLONASS, and GPS+BDS are
supported.

whether to enable the positioning

Select Service, and then select On, Off, or Auto.
8.12.5 Uploading Position Data
The terminal can upload its position data to the LDS or specified terminal.
Position data can be uploaded based on time, distance, power-on, power-off, transmission restriction mode
enabling/disabling, or work type switch.
8.13 BT
To derive optimal communication quality, it is recommended to use the BT devices specified by the
Company.
If other company’s BT earpieces are used, you must use them with the wireless ring PTT of the
Company. Otherwise, transmission is unavailable via the earpieces.
