9.6 VPN
A virtual private network (VPN) extends a private network across a public network. Applications running across the
VPN can benefit from the functionality, security, and management of the private network.

Before setting up a VPN, you must enable the screen lock (pattern or password).

For detailed configuration, consult your dealer.

4. Edit the VPN profile such as VPN name, server address, username, and password.

9.7 Airplane Mode
When you are on an airplane or in an area with radio restrictions, you may be required to make the device enter the
airplane mode. In airplane mode, you cannot use voice or data services. However, you can use services over WLAN
network or BT, initiate narrowband services, and use apps that require no cellular data connection.
To enable the Airplane Mode feature, do either of the following:


Tap .

Tap
Network & internet

c.
Tap following
Airplane mode

Method 2
a. Swipe down from the status bar.
b. Swipe down from the control center to unfold all shortcuts.
c. Tap Airplane mode.
