LIMITED WARRANTY
PANAREX Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall
be free from defects in workmanship and material for one year from the
date of original purchase. During this warranty period PANAREX will
provide free of charge both parts and labor necessary to correct
defects in workmanship or material.
This warranty dose not cover damage due to lightning, fire, flood, or
other acts of God, damage from accident abnormal conditions,
imporper use, or faulty installation, or damage by attempts to repair the
units other than by the authorized service of PANAREX.
PANAREX’s liablity under this warranty is limited to servicing or adjusting
equipment returned to PANAREX authorized service centers with freight
prepaid.
