Troubleshooting
The Dongle
If you are unable to connect your Dongle to the headset, please try the following:
 Ensure the Dongle is turn on and the battery is full
 Ensure the Dongle is paired with your stereo headset no more than 1 meter apart and ensure there is
nothing in between
 Ensure the Stereo headset is turning on. Please refer to your stereo headset user guide for specific
instruction
 Ensure the Dongle is within a maximum of 10 meters of your stereo headset and there are no obstructions,
such as walls or other electronic devices in between
If the above steps do not resolve your problem, please reset your headset, remove both the batteries a while.
The i.Tech BlueCON35 IIe is compliant with and adopts the Bluetooth Specification 1.2. However,
interoperability between the device and other Bluetooth-enabled products is not guaranteed because it depends
