15) Use an Allen wench of 3.0 mm across flats to loosely tighten the motor screws. (Tighten the screws by hand
until they are roughly secured.)
16) With the motor loosely secured, use an Allen wench of 2.5 mm across flats to tighten the coupling screws on
the motor end.
