DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF REMEDIES:
INDITAL US LIMITED makes no warranties of any kind, either
expressed or implied, with respect to the products sold on this
order and no one is authorized to make any oral warranty on
behalf of INDITAL US LIMITED. Specically, INDITAL US LIMITED
makes no warranty of merchantability or tness for a particu-
lar use. In the event buyer asserts any claim against INDITAL US
LIMITED arising out of this agreement or any sale of any prod-
uct by INDITAL US LIMITED, Buyer agrees that its remedies shall
be limited to repair or replacement of the Product involved. In
no event shall INDITAL US LIMITED be liable for any consequen-
tial damages.
