CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65 WARNING

The California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, also known as Proposition65
(Prop 65) , requires businesses to warn individuals in California regarding the potential exposure to certain
substances in products they purchase. For more information, go to www.P65Warninqs.ca.qov.
The State of California has published a list of more than 900 substances that are subject to Prop 65,
which it considers present a risk of cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Elements listed
under Prop 65 have been found in the manufacturing and cleaning of a wide variety of products, such as Aluminum,
Wood handrail cuttings, and Iron-based products, commonly used within the construction industry.
IAM Design and Arteferro products contain substances listed under Prop65, including wood dust
particles, iron, steel, brass, and lead, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer or
congenital disabilities or other reproductive harm. Indital US Limited does not guarantee or
warrant that other Proposition-65 listed substance are not present. To comply with Prop 65, these
products carry the following or a similar warning:

Some of the substances covered by this proposition are common to metal-based products. As such,
Indital advises our distribution network that ships products into the state of California to review all
products they manufacture and resell to be in compliance with Prop 65.
