VMware vCenter Operations Management Suite: A solution that provides

automated operations management using patented analytics and an integrated

approach to performance, capacity planning, and configuration management.

VMware vCloud Networking and Security: A software-defined networking and

security solution that enhances operational efficiency, promotes agility, and enables

extensibility to rapidly respond to business needs.

VMware vCloud Suite: An integrated solution that delivers a comprehensive cloud

offering in three editions. Infrastructure services are pooled together to meet IT's

most critical needs, with built-in operations management and security to complete

the solution.

Overview

VMware vCenter Operations Management Suite: This offering provides

automated operations management using patented analytics and an integrated

approach to performance, capacity planning, and configuration management.

The vCenter Operations Management Suite enables IT organizations to get

better visibility and actionable intelligence to proactively ensure service levels,

optimum resource usage, and configuration compliance in dynamic virtual and

cloud environments. There are four suites available with increasing richness of

functionality (Standard, Advanced, Enterprise, and Enterprise Plus). Key benefits

are:

• Higher quality of service, fewer incidents, and less downtime of infrastructure

and application services.

• Increased productivity and collaboration from better visibility across the entire

environment.
