OpenPower SAP HW Warranty Service Upgrades
These ServicePacs provide up to 5 years of hardware maintenance service incl. the warranty period with a Same Business Day response.
5 x 9 IBM On-site Repair, SBD Response Time = Call registration no later than 12:00 hour in order for SBD Response to be carried out.
7 x 24 IBM On-Site Repair, SBD Response Time = Call registrated after 18:00 hour will be served with an average 6 hour response time.
